Shipping policy

 

We aim to process orders within 24 hours (except weekends and holidays), but we occasionally experience longer processing times during high volume periods. 

We use Australia Post for shipping within Australia. For international, shipping is handled either though Australia Post or Sendle. Overnight shipping is currently not available for both domestic and international.

Order shipping can be tracked using courier tracking service (ex. Australia Post tracking).
